The Crowded Start

Just after we crossed the starting line, it was very crowded. At one point a lady and I were stepping on each other's toes. I was trying to take off my jacket. A man right behind me said, "Come on, get out of the way."
 
Ranjana said to him, "Take it easy. You've got three hours!"
