Upside Down

When I was in Hawaii, I went to a cafeteria. I took a tray and went in line for some food. I came to the section where they have mashed potatoes. But instead of saying "mashed potatoes," I asked for "potatoes mashed." I thought I was saying it correctly and that the lady behind the counter had not heard me. I was very brave. When she asked me again what I wanted, I repeated it. Then she said, "Are you upside down?"
